Welcome to The Beanbrain! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thebeanbrain.com (the “Site”), and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

2. Products & Availability

Coffee: All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Because it is perishable, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific blends or origins at all times.
Merchandise: Our merchandise (mugs, apparel, gear) is produced on demand through a third-party provider. Designs, sizing, or availability may change without notice.
Accuracy: We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors, sizing, or packaging may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to suspected fraud, errors in product listing, or supply issues).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays outside of our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, customs) may occur.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is marked “delivered” by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Coffee: No returns. Refunds/replacements only if damaged or incorrect.
Merchandise: No returns, as these are print-on-demand. Refunds/replacements only if damaged or misprinted.

All content on this Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs—is the property of The Beanbrain or our partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.
Reselling our products without permission.
