At The Beanbrain, we roast, pack, and ship fresh coffee and ship out our sassy merch straight to your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order gets from our shop to your mug.


Processing Times

  • Coffee Orders: All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for roasting and fulfillment before your order ships.

  • Merchandise Orders: All mugs, apparel, and gear are produced on demand by our third-party print partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Shipping Rates & Options

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—keep an eye out for those.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Rural or remote areas: May take longer depending on carrier.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed—delays outside our control (weather, carrier issues, holidays) may occur.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information. Use that link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.


Shipping Issues

  • Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your order shows as “delivered” but you can’t find it, first check with neighbors or your local carrier. If it still can’t be located, contact us at support@thebeanbrain.com and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.


Split Shipments

Because coffee and merchandise are fulfilled from different locations, you may receive multiple packages if your order includes both. Don’t worry—we’ll send tracking info for each shipment.
