At The Beanbrain, we’re obsessed with delivering damn good coffee—fresh, flavorful, and roasted with care. Because coffee is a perishable product, we can’t accept returns on roasted beans once they’ve left our roastery. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ve got your back if something’s not right.
Coffee Orders

No Returns on Coffee: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has shipped.

Quality Guarantee: If your coffee arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a refund.

Taste Concerns: Everyone’s palate is different, and while we can’t refund orders simply because a flavor isn’t to your liking, we do welcome your feedback and are happy to recommend a different roast for next time.
Merchandise (Mugs, Apparel, Gear)

No Returns: Since our merchandise is produced through a print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Proof Required: Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when reaching out, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Issues

Wrong Address: Please double-check your shipping details. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at support@thebeanbrain.com with your order number, details, and (if applicable) photos of the issue.

We’ll review your request and provide next steps within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
